Änderungen für den AC 2025

Wie letztes Jahr wird es auch für nächstes Jahr ein paar Umänderungen geben, einmal eine Startgelderhöhung beim Mannschaftsturnier und zweimal eine Preisgelderhöhung:

Eine Startgelderhöhung gibt es bei der Mannschaft von 40€ auf 45€, denn es ist leichter für die Mannschaft auf 15€ pro Spieler zu teilen. Desweiteren haben wir auch das Preisgeld des Mannschaftsturniers erhöht.

Bei den Herren wurde das Preisgeld ebenfalls bei allen Platzierungen erhöht, aber ohne Startgelderhöhung.

Beim Doppelturnier am Mittwoch kommt man erst auf die öffentliche Startliste, wenn das Startgeld überwiesen wurde.

Alle Spieler müssen Ihre Reise und Unterkunft planen und die Spieler die sich jedes Jahr immer wieder abmelden, sollen diesmal zu Beginn überlegen, ob es klappt oder nicht, damit andere Spieler auch die Möglichkeit haben ihre Reise und Unterkunft zu organisieren.

Wir bitten nochmal alle Spieler und Spielerinnen kein Essen und Trinken von außerhalb mit zum Ardennen Cup Gelände zu bringen. Das Turnier lebt von Verzehr der Spieler und Spielerinnen, wir wollen wirklich nicht das Startgeld erhöhen, um Unkosten zu decken. Dass Spieler und Spielerinnen auswärts essen ist ok, aber bitte nur unsere Produkte auf dem Ardennen Cup Gelände verzehren. Wenn es Spieler oder Spielerinnen gibt, die Spezialessen brauchen, oder etwas wünschen, kann man immer eine Mail schicken und wir probieren was zu organisieren, wenn es möglich ist.

Changes for the AC 2025

Like last year, there will also be a few changes for next year, once an increase in entry fees for the teams tournament and twice an increase in prize money:

There will be an increase in the entry fee for the team tournament from €40 to €45, as it is easier for the team to share €15 per player. We have also increased the prize money for the team tournament.

In the men's tournament, the prize money has also been increased for all placings, but without increasing the entry fee.

in the double tournament on Wednesday, you will only be on the public start list once the entry fee has been paid.

All players must plan their travel and accommodation and the players who cancel every year should consider at the beginning whether it will work out or not, so that other players also have the opportunity to organise their travel and accommodation.

We ask all players again not to bring food and drinks from outside to the Ardennen Cup area. The tournament depends on the players' consumption, we really do not want to increase the entry fee to cover expenses. It is ok for players to eat out, but please only consume our products on the Ardennen Cup site. If there are players who need or want special food, you can always send an email and we will try to organise something if possible.
